Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

In our personal lives, we are prone to think about change when the New Year rolls around. We want to be happy, healthy, wealthy—or at least, well-off. These things may or may not become a reality, but it is a good thing to set some good goals and work towards them.

For sure and certain, some big changes are coming to this world. The most wonderful change the world has ever seen, will be when Jesus comes back as King.

Prophecy Bells are ringing every day, and if we listen with discerning ears, we can hear them.  For those who are saved, they ring out the sounds of Joy and Hope. We hear the excitements of a wonderful future.

For the pitiful lost, every day brings them one step closer to an awful existence.  It is our constant burden to want to see people avoid going into eternity without Jesus.

Every change that we see is simply one of the building blocks on God’s Calendar to fulfill prophecy. Believers have so much to look forward to! God has made some Resolutions or Promises. Here are just a few:

1. Forgiveness—Ac 13:38-39 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

2. Eternal Life—1Jo 2:25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

3. Holy Spirit—Joh 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

4. His Constant Presence—Joh 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

5. All working out for good—Ro 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

6. Jesus Coming Again—Joh 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Consider: God has never broken a resolution. Would you make a resolution to accept and believe the Lord's Resolutions to you? It's never too late to do so.
