and Lailyn Grills

Hunter and Laura have been with the Lighthouse Children’s Homes since the fall of 2021. They were both raised in Christian homes and came to a knowledge of salvation at a young age. Both received the Lord as their personal Savior at the age of eight. The couple met in Pensacola, Florida, in 2019 and married a year later. In July 2023, God blessed them with a daughter – Lailyn Ann.

They are members of Bible Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and serves as ministry representatives, primarily focusing on the states of Western Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, and western Kentucky.

The Grills family resides in West Tennessee and works on the family farm. The Lord has blessed them with the opportunity to be involved in agriculture, which provides for their needs and allows them to serve in the ministry. Their desire is to use the resources and blessings God has given them to advance the kingdom of God and the work of the ministry.

God used Romans 15:1-3 to call the family into the ministry. With both having been raised in Christian homes and receiving Christ at a young age, their prayer is to reach many children who then might have the opportunity for a Christian upbringing as well.

Ted & Jo Mock

Ted and Jo met at Jo’s father’s church in Camden, Arkansas during their high school years. They were married in 1976 and have two married children and five grandchildren. Jo came to know Christ as a nine-year-old in Hot Springs, Arkansas; Ted was saved at the age of nine in Mobile, Alabama. Ted attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri while Jo went to Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

Before moving to Tennessee in 2003 and representing Lighthouse Children’s Homes full time, they had started and helped establish Fellowship Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas. As their ministry opportunities have grown they founded Lighthouse Ministries in 2013, a ministry of Fellowship Baptist Church, to help center their ministry in a local church. The couple has been for many years associated with the Lighthouse Homes founded by the Neffs, college classmates of Ted, and continue to represent the Homes and assist the Neffs with special projects for the six foreign Homes. Currently they reside in Powell, Tennessee, and travel representing the Homes as they minister in churches to families across America.

The Mocks travel extensively holding revivals focusing on families, mission conferences, and workshops training children’s workers and Sunday School teachers. Summer months are filled with VBS meetings, youth camps, and Kids Crusades. Their goal is to reach children, restore families and raise up the next generation of teachers, all through the local New Testament church.

Frank & Trish Williams

Frank and Trish have been serving in the Lighthouse Ministry since 2013 after pastoring churches for thirty-four years. They have updated and represented the ministry to churches mostly in Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, and Southeastern Missouri.

Frank was saved at the age of nineteen years on the night before flying from Texas to California for boot camp in the United States Navy. Trish was raised in a Christian Home and was saved at the age of twenty-one, after making a profession of faith at age 8.

They are sent out of Fellowship Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas, Bridging the Gap between churches and the missionaries who direct the Lighthouse Homes on their individual fields. Frank does pulpit supply and is available for teaching or preaching the Word wherever there is a need. Trish plays the piano when needed and also sings.

Currently, the Williams hold down the home-front by maintaining the Lighthouse Office and the properties around it. Frank currently oversees the administrative duties of the Lighthouse, which includes the publishing of the daily online devotions, started by Brother Larry Neff many years ago. Trish currently serves as Office Manager, either doing or coordinating the many operations that go on behind the scenes daily.

Steve & Missy Clark

Steve Clark was born in March of 1976, in LeMoore, CA. As a “Navy Brat,” he and his family had lived in all different places around the country. God’s hand in Steve’s life played a vital role in preparing him for the task laid out ahead of him. He accepted Christ as his Saviour at the age of 28 and surrendered his life to Christ. He has been serving Him faithfully ever since.

He met his wife-to-be, Missy, at the same church he was saved at in Nevada, and also where his parents served faithfully. He married Missy and served as the Children’s ministry director for seven years. During this time, all four of their children were born.

Brother Clark and his family then moved to California where he served as a Youth Pastor for one year. It was during this time that he realized God’s call on his life to be a Pastor. He returned to Nevada for several months, and prayed and sought God’s will for his life. Following God’s leading, he and his family moved to Hamilton, Montana, in July, of 2013. There he became the Pastor of Big Sky Baptist where they faithfully ministered for the next twelve years.

Missy plays the piano and sings solo’s, as well as singing in a trio with their twin girls Debbi and Deanna.

The Clark family now serve as ministry representatives in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah.
