I used to enjoy reading mystery books. I didn’t like to go to sleep though when there was a crucial issue going on. Sometimes I would read the last page where it all ended just fine. Then, I could sleep in peace.

Our world is spiraling out of control! It is doubtful anyone, saved or lost, would disagree!  Fear, violence, and immorality to a greater degree than ever before is ruling our country. Christians are belittled, besmirched, and in some countries, beheaded. It looks like we are on the losing side; that Satan is winning the war, and we have no hope!

BUT… once again I just flipped to the back of the BOOK and read the last page! We win!! No need to fear. I can sleep in peace! Our Great, Mighty God is not in a panic. His arm is not shortened. His power has not dimmed!  All things are possible, and nothing is impossible to the One Who created and sustains all things by His Word.

We can sleep in peace, knowing God has all things under His control, and His “perfect ending” will soon come to pass… IF you know Him as your Saviour. If not, don’t wait another minute to trust Him!

I found it interesting, while finishing Revelation on my Bible app, after the last verse it said, THE END. That caused me to think; this is not the end but the BEGINNING of eternity… of life or death.

Eternity has always been the most frightening word to me for those who are lost. FOREVER, NEVER ENDING, CONSTANT TORMENT! 

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

However, those who have trusted in His precious Blood will live forever in Heaven!

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Reflection—The end is just the beginning if you know Him!
